First time buying a new car, had an excellent experience. This was my first experience buying a brand new car and I was pleasantly surprised. I was kept 'in the loop' at all times, and did not feel pressured to purchase anything I did not want. Troy explained all the options and helped me weigh the pros and cons to try to keep me in budget. If I ever get a new car again, I most definitely will be returning to Criswell. Also of note, Steve Krantz did my finance and was great to work with. He engaged me in a little bit of small talk before really getting down to business, and this taking a few moments to get to know me really made a difference. His advice on what warranties to get for my specific car helped me tailor it so I remained in budget, yet got the necessary protection for my new car. More

Dealer service is expensive and there mechanics are not qualified. I was buying a car from a private owner and took the car there to get multipoint insepection. They passed the multipoint inspection so I decided to buy the car and then after one week I found a leak. Took it to another dealer to find three different leaks in the car. Most likely they did not even put the car on the lift. They denied that there were leaks when they checked the car where the other dealer told that this leak is been there for sometimes. Then they quoted me 2200$ to fix the issue where both rockvile chevy and fitz chevy quoted me 1500$. More

When it came down to me paying for all the hard work everyone had done on my car he let me take over his office for about 30 mins making sure I had all the sufficient funds needed. Great customer service Emma helped me schedule an appointment to bring my car in and went over all my concerns with me when I dropped off the car. Checked to see if something that came up in my multi point inspection would be covered by my warranty. I also got a ride from the shuttle to my job and a ride back to the dealership from the metro the next day. Both drivers were very kind and professional. The cashier was also great - I wanted to use a coupon that I forgot to give Emma when I dropped off the car. This required getting someone else to apply the discount and re-print the invoice. Not a huge deal, but something that could've easily annoyed someone after a long day. The cashier remained calm and was very helpful. The whole experience was great. I'm glad I bought my car through them and hope to keep receiving the excellent customer service. More

I've avoided buying cars through dealerships most of my life, and I'm almost 50 -- the experiences I've had in the past were difficult, stressful, complicated, and i always felt like I was pressured into buying something I wasn't sure about. Kerry Hughes was great. He was very personable and knew a lot about the Lexus I was interested in, even though they were a Chevy dealership. He didn't try to up-sell me, he didn't try to pressure me or pester me with calls and emails. He coordinated everything to make my buy smooth and fast, he answered all my questions about the car, insurance, financing, maintenance, etc... he even found a better discount for me in the end. I drove away with the car i wanted at a good price, If you're looking for a car, used or new, I would recommend that you contact Kerry Hughes directly, either at Criswell, or through Facebook -- he'll get back to you even if it's after hours. Kerry also has resources beyond the inventory at his particular dealership... so ask him about what you're looking for and he'll do his best to find it. Next time, I'm going directly to him for anything I need, I'm not going to waste my time shopping from dealership to dealership and dealing with multiple sales people - if you have a busy life like I do, why spend your time doing that when you can go with one person you trust, will listen to your requirements, and do the leg work for you? After this buying experience, I feel like i have a 'car man' now -- even though I've signed the papers and have the car, I know I can still reach out to him if I have a question or need advice on the model I purchased -- that's what customer service should be, and that's the kind of customer service Kerry offers.
