Finally got warranty service! Woo!! I had been having issues with a squeaky fan that magically stopped every time I tried to bring my car in to get it checked out. Emma Cook tried so hard to work with me, being wonderfully flexible to get my car in when it was misbehaving. When my factory warranty was about to expire, Criswell Chevy said they'd honor the repair if I could ever get it diagnosed! Well today I took Ken the mechanic on a drive and, even though he couldn't hear the squeak, he managed to diagnose the problem from a combination of my descriptions and a video I'd taken of the sound. After that the repair was quick and painless! Emma was caring and friendly, remembering me each time I came in. After almost a years worth of elusive squeaky fan, Emma and Ken got the problem solved. I will definitely come back for that kind of customer (and vehicle) service. More
