I was in the market shopping for a Corvette, very specific requirement. Did an online inquiry and from that point Abe took care of all. Provided multiple options and educated me on why and what make the difference. In a weeks time, I got the deal finalized. Abe demonstrated a high level of professionalism and always answers to the point, never put pressure on anything. I then dealt with Steve and Rob in Finance both were very friendly, professional and a gentlemen to deal with. Never had to deal with any gimmicks or sales talks. First Major repair I bought the car from this dealer 5 years ago after comparing a few other dealers for style and price offered. They sold me the car with 2 years free I bought the car from this dealer 5 years ago after comparing a few other dealers for style and price offered. They sold me the car with 2 years free oil changes so I used them. After that I tried them once and the costs seemed competitive and I trusted the staff. I had engine trouble recently and needed a costly repair to the engine actuator and 4 new tires. I usually go to NTB but the repair sales staff matched price and gave me a great price on all the work, plus discount on the loaner car they helped me rent from their property. All very convenient and cost effective. More

They were very fair and apologetic in reaching out to me and rectifying the situation with me. I am pleased and wanted to thank them and appreciate it! _________________________________________________________________________ I originally bought my car into Criswell to get an oil change on August 4, 2016. There was nothing wrong with my car before I bought it into the dealership. The car is in near mint condition, garage kept, and hardly driven. When Criswell looked at my car, they started recommending a couple of things that needed repair. They informed me that I had a power steering hose that needed repair and a transmission leak. For the transmission leak to be repair they informed me that they needed to take the entire transmission out of my car which would be a 12-hour labor job, with parts and labor it would cost me 1853.81 + tax. Therefore, I took their recommendation and had them fix my power steering and transmission leak and also had them change my oil. The total bill was $2455.65. They also recommended I change my tires but I declined at the time. My car was picked up on August 11, 2016. Since I hardly drive the car, I started driving it a few weeks later and started noticing an intermittent grinding, rubbing sound coming from the transmission when I drove the car. Therefore, I took the car back to the dealership for them to take a look at the noise that was coming from my transmission and also for them to change my tires and get a front end alignment on Oct 14, 2016. They took a look at the car and informed me that they did not hear a sound from the car. Therefore, I went to the dealership to pick up the car on Oct 18, 2016 and started driving it off their lot when the sound started happening again when I pulled out of the dealership. I promptly bought it back and complained. They had the mechanic ride with me in the car to diagnose the sound and he admitted that there was a sound coming from the transmission area of the car. However, for them to fully diagnose the grinding sound coming from the transmission, they had to charge me over $1500 dollars in labor again to pull the transmission out of the car to see what was wrong with it. Otherwise the Customer Service Representative told me that I can continue to drive the car until the sound gets worse. In any event, I would have to pay to get the transmission taken out a second time for an issue they caused. So now they are trying to double charge me for labor to fix an issue that they caused since the sound was never there when I originally bought the car in. I do not think it's fair for me to pay for labor again for them to find out and fix an issue that they caused. They should own up to their work and warranty their repairs instead of charging me again for labor just to diagnose the issue. My car had no issues when I bought it in and now after they serviced it, it has a grinding noise that is potentially damaging my car every time it's driven. More
