When I went to pick up the car, there were no surprises, except good ones. The deal was confirmed, and the transaction took about an hour from beginning to end. Mike is a Corvette expert, and knows as much about Vettes as I do - the first time I've run across that in my Vette buying experiences. Mike and the rest of the crew were friendly, but professional and VERY efficient with our time and theirs. I have averaged buying one car a year over the last 50 years, and haven't run into a more pleasant overall buying experience. I would send my daughter to buy a car from Mike, and not worry about it. What can we say. My wife and i were unable to find a new inferno orange corvette here in new york. Mike closed the deal for us with a great price. Mike has been a good friend too, we chat frequently and talk vette's all the time. When we decide on another new Chevy we'll be visiting mike again. I had called a few dealerships about a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. When I called Criswell, they put me through to Mike Furman. As well as having things set up and ready for me when I got there as i was comming from Baltimore. For me it was worth going out of my way to Criswell to purchase my new car. I would go there again for my next new vehicle, or send a friend or family member there with out hessitation if they were looking for a car. More

Stefan Kube was very nice, polite, knowledgable and was also very easy to deal with. He gave us a fair price on our baby-blue 2013 Chevy Volt, which two weeks ago had 19 miles and now has 1,000 miles and also very easy to deal with.
