Warranty work: Regarding my new-to-me red 2017 Corvette Grand Sport, Dina did an incredible job dealing with my extended Tire and Wheel Warranty Company! This dealerships service department attempted to steal from me by committing fraud. They stated I needed brake pads when in fact the ones on the vehicle were brand new. I was also further deceived by my w from me by committing fraud. They stated I needed brake pads when in fact the ones on the vehicle were brand new. I was also further deceived by my warranty coverage after following the advice of an employee. When bringing in my vehicle to see if an issue was covered by my warranty I was charged a mandatory diagnostic fee even though the problem was readily apparent. Rather than be empathetic to my problem McCormick actually scoffed at me on the telephone. He stated he simply couldn't take the word of what customers stated was wrong with their vehicles. When I cam to pick up the vehicle McCormick turned his back on me, glared at me from across the service department, and never spoke a word to me. He knew who I was at that point as my service advisor was with him. Due to my experience with this dealership I warn everyone away from Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg. This is a shame because I enjoy my Tahoe and will now have to drive out of my way to another chevrolet dealer to avoid the fraud and unfair business practices used here. I will be reaching out to numerous government agencies to complain about the criminal violations occurring here. More
