Aggressive unfriendly person After 20 minutes of talking to Kevin and working with him trying to do a transaction, I had enough and just left. I set up an appointment to sell my o After 20 minutes of talking to Kevin and working with him trying to do a transaction, I had enough and just left. I set up an appointment to sell my old Honda here. I arrived early so Kevin took over and worked with me instead of another salesperson. From the beginning, Kevin didn’t show any signs of care or friendliness. I went in to get an appraisal on selling my old car and Kevin tried to sell me another car even after I told him I already bought a new car. He told me to give my keys to my car over which I did then he walked out towards my car without saying anything to me. I got up to follow him and he told me “I don’t need you” in a joking manner. So I stood there not knowing what the xxxx was going on or where to go while Kevin took my car out of the parking spot and over to the used car area. After getting out of my car Kevin immediately started attacking me with questions about the car and the CARFAX. Then he led me inside the used car sales area, told me to sit down, and walked outside with some other employees. I sat there for a few minutes not knowing what the xxxx was going on or what to expect. I went outside and Kevin had a pack of smokes in his hand while another employee was starting to appraise my car. I asked Kevin what was going on and if I’m supposed to just sit inside, for how long, and what the process is. He told me very matter-of-factedly as if I’m an idiot for even asking that they’re going to appraise the car. I asked him what that means, what that entails, if they’re going to drive the car, etc. and it seemed like he was annoyed at even having to talk to me and just wanted to smoke. I expect at least some explanation of how the process is going to work instead of just being told to sit in a chair without any expectation of how long or what is going to happen. Kevin’s attitude was basically that the customer needs to just do what he tells them to do, and seems like he doesn’t even care at all. I told him I didn’t want to continue anymore and he basically showed me the door. Maybe you will have better interactions or work well with Kevin but I can’t conduct business transactions with people like this. More

A no pressure and extremely friendly experience! This was my first car purchase and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I received a phone call from Mike Tomazos shortly I had emailed Criswell H This was my first car purchase and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I received a phone call from Mike Tomazos shortly I had emailed Criswell Honda about my interest in one of their listings. We got an appointment set up to see the car in no time, scheduling was flexible, couldn't have been easier. My sales rep, Sean Nazemian, was immediately very informative and quite laid back from the second we stepped into the used sales portion of the dealership. He presented everything in just the right way so that it was all explained and disclosed, but there was no pressure on you as a customer in any way. I spent the majority of the time with him, including the test drive which was equally low pressure and informative! After all of that paperwork was done, I headed over to finances with Mahaman Kolo. Payment went smoothly, everything went as fast as it could have. Despite being a fairly dry and boring part of the process, Mr.Kolo was a pleasure to do business with as well. The whole experience genuinely couldn't have gone any better! More
