ALso - he is very communicative about anything they see, and always provides a recommendation on what Must/should/can wait to be done. I appreciate that he doesn't "sell me" (frankly, its a large part of why I'll ultimately buy more and stay loyal to the brand). More
MDX extended warranty repair service This service was a little different because our factory warranty had recently expired. The service was quick while I waited in a very nice lounge area. The warranty paid the entire bill. More

Wonderful Experience I may have hung on to my beloved Honda CRV for a few extra years because I didn't want to deal with any car sales people to replace it. I began my process with a phone call...which was handled courteously & helpfully by the sales manager. The next day, we went in and were helped by Gillian. She answered all our questions...many of which were probably silly..and she accompanied us on our test drive. She was a wealth of information...really knew the car and understood our needs. I had to sleep on our big decision. The next day, we returned to complete the deal. Kyle was an absolute saint...carefully, patiently and efficiently teaching us all about our beautiful new car...even when it started getting late in the day. He never rushed us and was very thoughtful. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Best Salesman Ever I am one that typically does not like the car shopping experience, but from the moment I met Chris I knew this would be different. Chris was extremely I am one that typically does not like the car shopping experience, but from the moment I met Chris I knew this would be different. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the product and even the differences from the 2005 TL that I was replacing. He was extremely friendly and not pushy in any way. He was also going to come in on his day off for me to pick up my car. When we made arrangements to pick up the car we had told Chris that we were going to be pressed for time. They had all the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out of there, unlike some other experiences we have had at other dealerships. Leslie Magruder was fantastic and also had all of the financial papers ready to sign. She was very efficient and not did put pressure on us to buy some of the other protection packages. Overall a terrific experience as I have come to expect from Crown Acura. This is the fourth car that we have bought from Crown and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
