Logan Lane and superior customer service I bought a 2019 Acura RDX A spec in August and have experienced some issues with the sound system. It's been back to the dealer twice and each time, t I bought a 2019 Acura RDX A spec in August and have experienced some issues with the sound system. It's been back to the dealer twice and each time, they have taken great care of me. They have provided a loaner vehicle while diagnosing the issue, and even delivered the loaner and my car back to me at my house. This is a great service since I live almost an hour from the dealer. The service writer that has stayed on top of the issue and kept me up to date is Logan Lane. He's been patient when I've been less than happy and has had his technicians totally check out my system, which they deemed to replace as a faulty tuner. He took accurate notes and detailed the issues which led to the replacement of the tuner. I can't say enough good about Logan and Crown Acura for exemplary service and commitment to their customers. I also want to commend my salesman Kyle Noble for his patience in assisting to be certain that I'm satisfied with my RDX and working with the service department to provide loaner vehicles and care. This dealership goes beyond all of my previous experiences with car dealers and it is greatly appreciated! More

I usually need a loaner car and he always has one waiting and even tries to have something he knows I prefer. John also always schedules Greg to work on my car because after I asked for him specifically he realized that I prefer Greg to work on my car. I understand when you have great sale associates, which they do, excellent to say the least...but when you tie all of this together with an excellent Service Department, it’s totally rare! I would recommend again and again. I bought a 2019 RDX and drove it long enough to make my first payment, before someone rear ended me and pushed me into the next 2 cars, totaling it. The dealership who sold it to me did great during the original sale, but were unable to provide the same vehicle again. I waited a couple weeks and they just didn’t have another one. I called Crown on Monday and bought my car by Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was very professional, kind and courteous... Dan, Sophia, Kyle, and the lady in finance (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, it’s been a long day) but they were all so helpful and moved quickly to get everything done before my rental car had to go back. Great customer service! I would recommend them again and again. More
