I usually need a loaner car and he always has one waiting and even tries to have something he knows I prefer. John also always schedules Greg to work on my car because after I asked for him specifically he realized that I prefer Greg to work on my car. Greg is amazing and always addresses and explains any concerns I have. No matter how minor an issue may be, they always take my concerns seriously and I always feel heard and understood. Thanks guys! Great Service I had my Fiest Appointment with John Shaw at Crown Acura...and I would have to say dealerships usually lose you within their Service Department; that I had my Fiest Appointment with John Shaw at Crown Acura...and I would have to say dealerships usually lose you within their Service Department; that definitely did not happen in this case. I understand when you have great sale associates, which they do, excellent to say the least...but when you tie all of this together with an excellent Service Department, it’s totally rare! Everyone that I engaged were extremely nice and pleasant. The service was excellent as well...I was easily in and out, which to me, they truly value my time. We stopped by the dealership just to look around and acquaint ourselves with what type of vehicle we wanted. In fact, it was our very first look as we knew we wanted to take our time and were in no hurry whatsoever. When Gary introduced himself, we told him that very thing and he understood. In spite of the fact we told him we just started looking, Gary treated us very well and was extremely professional. As fate would have it, my wife fell in love with a car on the lot and we ended up purchasing it that very day anyway. Thanks to Gary's patience and tutelage, it became an easy decision. I would recommend again and again. I bought a 2019 RDX and drove it long enough to make my first payment, before someone rear ended me and pushed me into the next 2 cars, totaling it. The dealership who sold it to me did great during the original sale, but were unable to provide the same vehicle again. I waited a couple weeks and they just didn’t have another one. I called Crown on Monday and bought my car by Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was very professional, kind and courteous... Dan, Sophia, Kyle, and the lady in finance (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, it’s been a long day) but they were all so helpful and moved quickly to get everything done before my rental car had to go back. Great customer service! I would recommend them again and again. More
