Blown and deflated tire on MDX 2016 that needed towing. We worked with John Shaw and his service was excellent. We had a blown tire that deflated entirely. We had it towed to Crown Acura and Mr Shaw was ef We worked with John Shaw and his service was excellent. We had a blown tire that deflated entirely. We had it towed to Crown Acura and Mr Shaw was efficient and worked to make sure our tire warranty coverage through the dealer allowed for the replacement of the tire at no cost. We also had some other work done such as the oil change and tire rotation. I would recommend and dealership and John Shaw to anyone that asks. More
