Do yourself a favor and go see Berto, I had a horrible experience at another Acura dealership in town, so after I shook that one off figured I’d go see what this place had to offer and couldn’t have been experience at another Acura dealership in town, so after I shook that one off figured I’d go see what this place had to offer and couldn’t have been more pleased. They listened to what I wanted and really made the whole process quiet enjoyable. This is the 3rd time buying a car and by no means do I feel comfortable with the process but Berto and Jay really made it feel like I was doing business with real people and not some pushy sales people, and unlike the other dealership I was at before heading here, they got what I was looking for built options around that instead of trying to force me into a car I didn’t want or some payments that weren’t within the budget. Honestly this review is about the dealership and the folks working there. Arash Tamaddonzia was just amazing to work with from start to end. He went above and beyond at every step to ensure that we had folks working there. Arash Tamaddonzia was just amazing to work with from start to end. His personality and just caring nature and interest in helping us find the exact vehicle that we were looking for made the whole process so much more pleasurable.
