Joe Murray, my sales associate, was proactive in earning my trust and quickly involved the finance manager to streamline the negotiation process. Both Joe and the finance team were straightforward with their numbers and the terms of the deal, ensuring there were no hidden fees or deceptive practices. I ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle from Crown and am thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The vehicle was meticulously detailed and came with a full tank of gas. Joe also took the time to assist with setting up OnStar and provided a comprehensive walkthrough of all the vehicle’s features, making the process quick and effortless. Finance Manager Wayne and his associate Jose were exceptional in handling all the paperwork.
