We went in to Crown Buick to purchase a car and James Kennedy was the best salesman we have ever encountered in all our years of dealing with buying a car. James met our expectations because he did not hassle nor pressure us. He met us where we were financially and offered the best advise. He was personable and friendly. It didn't feel like the typical negative car buying experience, but instead felt like we were dealing with a friend and someone who cared about putting us in the best car possible.
