I thought that the salesman, Toby, did a good job of explaining things. They got us in and out in record time. Neither the salesman nor the finance manager was pushy. They each presented the options, explaining things. They got us in and out in record time. Neither the salesman nor the finance manager was pushy. They each presented the options, and we chose what we wanted. The car came with rubber mats, but they weren't properly installed. When the liftgate rises, the cover doesn't rise with it which may be a defect in the installation. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience since I usually hate buying a new care and having to wrestle with everybody in the dealership to save a dollar. More
