We had previously tried to use two other Service Advisors at your dealership and after our initial contact with them, we couldn’t get them to call us back because we had questions. One was a man and the other was a woman, and to us that is just not good business. We were ready to find a new dealership to use and if we hadn’t had the good fortune to meet Gary on our last visit, we probably would have even if we had to drive further. Crown is a great dealership and we will continue to use them exclusively! Thanks Gary Phillips for making our experience such a wonderful one!! More

Brought car in and needed to have work done on the oil air separator gasket. The process was so smooth, Michelle explained technicians finding, hours for work to be completed and a price. Shuttle set up to take me home and to pick me back when car was ready. Michellle is professional and knowledgeable and an asset to the dealership. More
