Honestly, my time with Jason Gomez was better than I could have ever asked for. He made it an extremely easy decision to buy my car and his presence was comfortable. I did not feel pressure from him at could have ever asked for. He made it an extremely easy decision to buy my car and his presence was comfortable. I did not feel pressure from him at all and all we did was laugh and have a good time. I recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Gary introduced himself and explained he was a little backed up but still made sure I was attended to. I explained I only needed to do drop off and just wanted to make sure I could leave, he said, “sure thing,” took two minutes to make sure everything was in order and I was on my way. When he called me, he explained what my car needed and how it could benefit my car; never felt like he was pushing any extra service whatsoever. He called back and left a voicemail saying to please call him back. When I did he said “I just want to let you know your car is ready for pickup. I don’t like to leave that in a voicemail because it could get lost.” AMAZING!!! More

Chairs were comfortable. Coffee and snacks available during auto servicing made the wait quite comfortable as the clock edged past noon. Brooks was most attentive, welcoming me and advising me of what might be indicated by the inspection. Brooks had new windshield wipers installed at my request and reminded me of the rear wiper which I hadn't thought of. I had opportunity to read the book installed on my Kindle. The whole visit was comfortable and pleasant and Brooks' attention to detail much appreciated. More
