Purchased a used Jeep at Crown Honda. The staff and finance department were professional. My issue was when we took our newly purchased vehicle on a road trip a day later, the ABS light c The staff and finance department were professional. My issue was when we took our newly purchased vehicle on a road trip a day later, the ABS light came on. We called for help and were told because we did not purchase an extended warranty on the electronics. We would have to pay for repairs. That was poor customer service. Period. At least offer to take a look . Can not recommend this company for that reason. This car is under my wife's name. Roseanne Sacino More
