A dealership above average ! I have been a loyal customer for many years, I first came to this dealership when it was up on 54 th Avenue . Through my journey I have had many sales I have been a loyal customer for many years, I first came to this dealership when it was up on 54 th Avenue . Through my journey I have had many salespeople Micheal Wolf was the most recent and I was going to change dealerships because the other internet dealerships had beat your price by $1800 -2000. I shared that with him and he said you would be competitive. He kept his word. He came down within 200 dollars of the best price offered then he came within a few hundred as well with my trade in so I didn’t have to go deal with someone else to get the fair price I wanted. Then he even stayed late to make sure I was comfortable with the new technology before we left. Above and beyond!!! I thought my original review would have gone thru because I sent it before my vacation but upon return today I noticed this was still in the inbox so I felt compelled to resend a kudos because the superior people you have employed at this dealership need to be commended. Honest and fair and represent your business well. I cannot say enough about service advisor michelle dessert who I have had my last 5 cars thru your dealership she always kept them up and running with little downtime if any. Always provides solutions to help the customer not have to be inconvienced,and the blonde young man who’s name I can’t remember due to the fact I had a lot going on at the time ( I think it was dan )who took care of my cd installation it turned out to be a disaster and a nightmare for him and he was genuinely sorry you could see his stress. Then the next day when I came to get my car he had had it detailed for me! Again above and beyond ! Thanks for all you do to take care of your customers👍🏻🥳 More
