James Olson - Class Act James Olson was amazing from start to finish. I was on vacation when the car I really wanted showed up at Crown Honda. James was really easy and very accommodating to work with from a distance and in person. I think the longest I ever waited to get an answer from James was maybe ten minutes. His response time to emails and text was class A customer service. He was also patient and understanding, especially when our vacation got extended a couple of days. Honestly I am looking to forward to having my car serviced at Crown Honda because of employees like James Olson. My next purchase will be from Crown Honda and I can only hope that Janes will still be working there. He knows his stuff and is good people! More
