Great Experience My wife and I had been looking at cars for over 6 months before we finally narrowed it down to the Honda Passport. Crown Honda seemed the best choice My wife and I had been looking at cars for over 6 months before we finally narrowed it down to the Honda Passport. Crown Honda seemed the best choice because of location but also because of willingness to work with us on the price of the car. But it was Enver that made our experience that much better. We worked with Enver during the entire sale and he was very knowledgeable of all the Honda Products, easy to work with, and the most important to me, he never made me or my wife feel pressured into anything. I highly suggest seeking him out if you're looking for a new car. More

Thanks to Tia Harr, ALMOST bought BOTH ourcars through Crown I've been a saleswoman, so when I asked for a woman to show my husband and me a (used) Fit EX I was very pleased to have Tia Harr be our salesperson a I've been a saleswoman, so when I asked for a woman to show my husband and me a (used) Fit EX I was very pleased to have Tia Harr be our salesperson at Crown Honda. Although I wasn't entirely 'sold' on Crown Honda from our last purchase here 3 years ago, because Tia was professional, thorough, courteous, knew where to get her facts, and above all, ethical, I was sorry when we went on to a 'trim' of Fit that Crown didn't have in inventory. This didn't stop Tia from pursuing our business by offering to (out)bid the competitors and put us in a rental until the trim we wanted came in. I was disappointed when, at the eleventh hour, internal confusion about the fact that we were going for a 'Sport' rather than an EX meant that we went elsewhere to purchase the Sport only to find that Crown really COULD have beaten the competitor's out-the-door price by $237. I would have loved to have given Tina our business and am a bit sorry that I let my own principals of honest negotiations keep my husband and I from completing the purchase of our Fit Sport through Crown. I felt that Tia did her part on our behalf and would have no hesitation recommending her as what ALL car salespersons SHOULD be like but so rarely are. More
