Great Price on a New Pilot Working With a Great Salesman. We needed to replace our 2006 Odyssey that needed a new transmission after it broke down in Jacksonville on the way home (thank goodness) from summer We needed to replace our 2006 Odyssey that needed a new transmission after it broke down in Jacksonville on the way home (thank goodness) from summer vacation in which we drove about 4000 or 5000 miles. It would have cost more to repair than it is worth as a trade-in or private sale. Although they couldn't give me a trade-in since the vehicle couldn't be driven in to the dealership, Mike worked with me and his management given the circumstances, to provide a discounted price on a new Pilot to replace it. They factored in the fact that we've been loyal Honda and Crown customers and wanted to be sure we continued to be happy with our Crown & Honda experience. And all this in the midst of Hurricane Irma blowing through town, which delayed things a little, but only by a week. My wife is very happy with her new car and I'm satisfied with the final price we agreed to. Mike is a very nice fellow and very easy to converse with. He was also very patient with my wife showing her all the features of the new vehicle and wanted to be sure she was comfortable before driving it off the lot. More

One of the most outstanding service providers is Michele Dessert, the Service Drive Coordinator. She has been taking care of my auto maintenance for many years, going back to the old location of the Honda Dealership between 55th and 56th Avenues and 66th Street. Michele is outstanding in her response when I present a car problem or ask a question regarding maintenance of my car. She knows the Honda product inside and out. If she is not sure regarding a response, she will have an answer in a short time. In my mind she is an outstanding employee representing Crown Honda. More
