Dear Crown and others named below, My mechanic (who I actually trust) said that spark plugs for that car runs about $100. So once again Crown continues to treat me like crap. That's okay. The ADA and Shannon Behnken are VERY interested in your treatment of certain individuals. The way I have been treated by your organization is abhorrent and I don't trust you as far as I could throw you. It's all been documented that I was profiled "is that a Kate Spade purse?" And "oh you have a pool?" Made ME pay for an Uber to get home because I was told "we don't have loaner cars" while my car was left there to be fixed. Even Biggerstaff /management said well we paid for the Uber and I said no not at all I DID. He was obviously embarrassed. You claimed that my car was fixed (after not telling me for over a month it had been sitting on the lot for over 4 weeks (even after I called to check on it weekly) meanwhile I was paying for Uber vehicles to get me to my numerous doctors appointments for my Multiple Sclerosis) and one mile down the road it dies on me. You put my life at risk and now want to charge me $300 for spark plugs? Shame on you. Plus to add insult to injury you put me in a loaner car for 9 days while the new engine was ordered. Lie after lie after lie. You actually think I would pay you $300 for spark plugs?? You picked the wrong person to try and schmooze. This will be documented with the right people who will proceed as they see fit. You put me in a faulty car previously, how do I know this won't happen again? I have no way of knowing. After you have driven the car with your children in the back seat for a week I'll consider picking it up. Going forward I do hope that others will NEVER be treated the way you chose to treat me. Service and parts at this dealership is the worst in my history of driving. My new car has the radio go out about a year into it, now it's 2 years later and still waiting on back order for a new one. history of driving. My AC went out recently and we took it there to be fixed, and they did, but that fix only lasted 1 day, now my car is back to have it fixed again, and it has been over a full week. They said they fixed the AC, but during the repair they broke a few plastic clips, and they are waiting for that part to ship in. Last update was the wrong part was ordered and waiting again for the clips to ship in. No one but the receptionist answers a phone. Service and general manager have been left messages to have a call back, but NEVER do. Not even the general manager calls back. If I could call someone higher up than the GM I would. Worst car experience ever. More

This is the second time I have worked with this service center in the last two months. The first time I could not get a call back no matter how often I tried. I waited months for a replacement part. I had to drive to the service center each time I wanted to make contact. Finally, just before my vacation was to start, I was desperate and they got the part. I left for vacation. This time, about 6 weeks later, I am just back from vacation and my 2015 Genesis was falling apart throughout the trip: AEB system down, gas tank cover won't close, USB port not charging, Auto Hold not working, exterior mirror not opening/collapsing. Once again I am trying to call Angelique, the only rep who handles Genesis. Again, no call back. No call back. I need to go to another dealer's service center. Lesson: Do not buy Hyundai in the future. More

We recently tried to get repair work done on the dent warranty and got the total run around. After leaving messages for 2 days my husband (who was in the business himself for over 25+ years) he finally went up there and was given the name and phone number of the company. Today we called the owner of the company who explained that he was very sorry but the dealership has to call, make a claim, at which point they make an appt to have the work done. This service department is ridiculous, from simple oil changes to tire rotations, they are unable to perform the simplest of work. Don't sell something you haven't trained your staff how to do a simple claim on, now we have to wait 3 months to have the a/C fixed on our veloster N. Ridiculous More
