The customer service was great, I felt assured that my vehicle would be taken care of. My only disappointment was the length of time it took for my vehicle to be fixed. I was without my car for a couple o vehicle would be taken care of. My only disappointment was the length of time it took for my vehicle to be fixed. I was without my car for a couple of days in which I had to make other arrangements to get around. I hope the dealership will make arrangements for customers to borrow other vehicles while they’re personal vehicles are getting fixed. More

I took in my Chevy Silverado for an oil change and was helped by a service advisor named Jordan who was great and answered all my questions. They took about 2 hours and I didn’t mind at all because I had helped by a service advisor named Jordan who was great and answered all my questions. They took about 2 hours and I didn’t mind at all because I had called the same day so they were fast. My main concern was that my dash cam in my truck was disconnected from the main camera which made it unnoticeable that it had been unplugged. I was driving without my dash cam on for a while until I got home and noticed it wasn’t working. I contacted Jordan and asked her if they normally disconnect dash cams, she said no they are not allow to touch customers property. I didn’t have an issue with them disconnecting it was the fact that they did not notify me they unplugged it or just plugged it back in. I did reach out through email and phone call to Sergio Rivas who I was told is the Service Supervisor and until now haven’t heard back from anyone at Culver City Chevrolet. Disconnecting a dash cam in these times becomes a liability, if I were to be an any type of accident I would have not had prove of it. I was pleased with the service here but after having this issue and no one reaching out to at least give me an explanation and make it right made this visit very unpleasant. Always check your dash cameras before getting back in your vehicle after a service. More
