Would give a zero star rating if I could. I have never experienced such hostile and aggressive salesman/service workers in my life. I bought a used car and immediately regretted it. They had me come in th experienced such hostile and aggressive salesman/service workers in my life. I bought a used car and immediately regretted it. They had me come in the next day for a used car inspection and I mentioned the brakes squeaking(was told they were just replaced)... they said it was because they were new and needed to be worn in. I brought the car in 4 more times to have the brakes looked at over the course of two months and was not offered a loaner car each time. The car was distgustingly dirty after I was told it was "detailed" and they mentioned an employee was using this car this as their personal car/loaner. Was told the same thing every time - they were new and needed to be worn in. I ended up taking the car to another certified dealership and was told the break pads needed to be replaced and that Currie should have replaced them. I was also told at time of purchase that I would receive a second set of keys for the vehicle. I have called the salesman and manager maybe 50 times and have sent multiple emails with no response. These men took advantage of the fact that I am younger and spoke to me like I'm stupid... Charles was very nice in person but has failed to follow-through on every single thing he "promised". Anthony, the used car sales manager was aware of the situation and still nothing was done. There was also a part of the center console that I was told would be replaced at the time of the new car inspection and they laughed when I asked about it. When I call and ask to speak with the general manager of the dealership I am scolded and laughed at and they refused to transfer the call or pass along my message. I was also sold a extended warranty for less mileage than what the manufactures warranty covered.. I called the finance department to cancel it and the man was extremely rude. He refused to give me confirmation that the cancelation was complete, saying that he was only able to fax like this is 1998. I then called the company that the warranty was through and they dealership didn't even submit my claim. Stay far far far far away from this dealership. Got a chevy trax 2 years ago from joe said it was a great car with 38k Miles its been in the shop twice. Turbo went out had to get that fixed. now says service stability track and shakes very bad.
