Currently Unsatisfied My car loan is $6,000 more than the price we agreed on and I was told that there is nothing that can be done about that. I was recommended to this dealership by my cousin who purchased a truck from here. Therefore I thought very highly of this dealer ship but Joe and Nick promised me things that now I am finding out are not possible. For example, I was promised that my apr would drop down from 5% to 1.9%. I was a naive, first time car buyer, now I know that they have no control over what apr, I receive. They told me that after I made my first two payments on time that my apr would drop down to that. Also that I would get the car for $16,000. I am currently paying over $22,600 for a chevy Cruz! One of the cheapest cars that chevy makes. I was confident that they would not try and scam me, especially since Joe and Nick told me that Nick is the owners son. Though now I am finding out that Nick does not work there anymore. I really hope that my issue can be resolved. I am disappointed since I know that Joe and Nick are very friendly and professional people. More
