Excellent Customer service I went into Curry Ford just to "check out" new Escapes. I wasn't seriously considering buying at this time. Mike made me feel like family and the I went into Curry Ford just to "check out" new Escapes. I wasn't seriously considering buying at this time. Mike made me feel like family and the jovial, friendly atmosphere was a plus. Mike was concerned about what I wanted and worked with me to find the ideal car! I had brought my brother with me to insure I wasn't taken advantage of. I feel Mike would have treated me and got me the best deal he could with or without my brother! It was an emotional time for me as I have had the same Ford escape for 12 years and hated to part with the old! Bottom line...I bought a new '14 Ford Escape that I love that first day!!!! I can't thank Mike enough for his patience in explaining all the whistles and bells (I am not technical) and all the time he took with me! In the end, he didn't just sell me a car and is done, but feel he will be there for any questions I have going forward. At the end, my family is wanting to adopt Mike for being such a great guy! I would highly recommend anybody interested in a Ford, to go into Curry Motor Ford in Frankfort and see Mike!
