Russell was very kind, and helpful. We did come in to make a purchase. However, I feel we were very high pressured to confirm and buy! I wanted to stroll, look, read, decide. We were told multiple times to sit over there and stay there, while waiting for things to move along, including financing, to be checked. I felt caged. Several times I needed to walk around outside. A few times, my urge was to run. High energy, positive workers, but yet highly controlling. I did not realize the vehicle specifications were not what we wanted. My husband is 67, and did not ask questions or read paper, which couldn't see through the dark window anyway. I tried to make this a win/win. But, I wanted to look at more vehicles on the lot, then make decision. I feel we settled to appease the dealership. In a way I feel bullied by my husband, and the dealership. Test drive And buy! We wanted to go to Schoops for a salad, as very hungry, we're told stay and they'd order from mcdonalds. I'm sure this was another tactic to not let us off the lot. Although we did appreciate the food. I don't have buyers remorse, but I'm not feeling that Win/Win made it to our side. I'm trying to stay positive here, but I continue to feel I need to find and buy what I wanted. I wanted to look and test drive trucks. Never made it to that point. :( More
