9 loaners and 2. 5 months. I guess that's what it takes to get a working car. (16 Lincoln) Worked for Ford for 10 years and have several family members in the plant 5 months. I can deal with deceitful and misleading sales tactics. But don't feed me lies. I didn't even get to drive the car home! I understand it is a used vehicle. But when you don't even get the repairs right the first time, or even put my complaints on the repair order, it gets to be ridiculous. I even asked to see the RO to verify what was being done. I was told no, not until the repairs are completed. Turned out, they didn't even add the complaints to the ticket. The car still has issues, but I don't want to deal with them any more. I wish I could get back the wasted time, and inconvenience this entailed. That will never happen I guess. Frank was is at least a good guy, and seems good at his position, but everyone else I had to deal with, not so much. At least they saved some money using "Tech 99". Still cannot use my app to control the car as promised. Even offered to pay for the upgrade it needs. The rh rear under panel is still missing, the tires still have a vibration, seat fabric still is loose, and the list continues. Learned my lesson I suppose. More
