scheduled appt for 9am, was told that was the earliest appt and that it would take 4-5 hours to complete. i informed them that i had to pick up daughter from daycare by 4pm so needed it by 330. the car wa appt and that it would take 4-5 hours to complete. i informed them that i had to pick up daughter from daycare by 4pm so needed it by 330. the car wasnt ready until 430 and my car seat was in my car so someone had to go sit outside with my daughter until i could go pick her up. i called all day for updates and at the end of the day they admitted they didnt even start my car until after 1pm. if i had known that at my 1pm update, i would have told them not to start because it obviously wasnt going to be done on time. they had no respect for my time and situation. i was in the middle of buying a 2024 crv through this company but due to this situation I will not be going back here. originally the salesman wasnt respectful of my time either. they dont care about your time or personal situation, they just want to make money. Made appt for a recall on my CRV. The day before appt Ryan called to inform me that the repair might take 2 days instead of 1 in case that didn’t work for me. He called told me and we thought it best to have work done. I also new sticker was due for the month asked Ryan if possible to have inspection taken care of he said yes. Picked up car recall was fixed front brakes fixed, inspection sticker done, very pleased with the professional service received from Ryan and Curry Honda.
