Not happy to have to bring my 5 month old brand new hrv for the a/c not working already but they fixed it they did have to keep it an extra day to get a part but came through and got it back to me when pro for the a/c not working already but they fixed it they did have to keep it an extra day to get a part but came through and got it back to me when promised. The only dissappintment was they didnt even wash it. The first time i brought it in for the first oil change they at least gave me a car wash. Its a small disappointment but its a nice guesture especially after having a problem with a brand new car. More

A Headache Well Worth it. The staff are great friendly people. My sales rep treated me well. They did the honor of holding a car for me that i really wanted for a week or so (h The staff are great friendly people. My sales rep treated me well. Not pleased with the fact that my sales rep told me i can leave with the car same day and had to wait nearly 3 days cause of a miscommunication problem. Then when i was able to take the car they got my registration and tags confused to the point where they had to come to my home and take the car back. Besides that they got me in and approved quickly.
