Service for vehicle My service light came on as it has been a year since my lease started. I called to set up an appointment and was told the service was about $55. I get My service light came on as it has been a year since my lease started. I called to set up an appointment and was told the service was about $55. I get there, and am THEN told the recommended services to be done and it would be $150. It would have been helpful if people could tell me this before I care in as I did not have the time or money on hand to pay for these “recommendations.” Then I get my receipt back at the end and for the recommendations it says “customer refused recommendations.” This is very accusatory considering I wasn’t made aware of these recommendations until I had gone to the lot. The people are friendly, but then again they’re paid to be friendly, and you can tell this is the case unfortunately. Once my lease ends, i WILL go elsewhere. I feel like I’m paying too much for something I could get somewhere else hands down. Overall has been frustrating since I signed on the dotted line. Just like every other car dealership, impersonal and just want to take your money. Have heard better things about marcott Ford, will probably go there after lease ends. More
