Positive experience. The only negative was that my husband specifically said that I would be waiting for the vehicle while the person that had initially coordinated the The only negative was that my husband specifically said that I would be waiting for the vehicle while the person that had initially coordinated the appointment on the phone indicated that I would drop off the car. The service dept was very good about making the time I would be waiting for my car minimal. And as a bonus comment.....the ladies room is sparkling clean. Not too many car shops care about the bathroom cleanliness. More
