But it wasn't just him, that was just the beginning. Their corporate culture is surprisingly community-oriented. Everyone that worked with me during the purchase process, and after felt like they are a business invested in building local relationships for the long run. I bought my used vehicle, and don't drive much, so Ithought it would be a long time before I'd have a chance to confirm that feeling. Over 30 days after, I had a problem with the battery, and they replaced it free of charge eventhough I had not bought the extended warrantee, because when I explained the situation to Brandon in the service department, and he tested the battery, it was clear that the battery, though it tested ok, had been an old battery. This return made me feel even better to do business there, not just because they were fair, but also because they had a comfortable place for me to work in peace while I waited for the service. I also enjoyed the biggest confirmation that the staff are friendly people who actually care about the local community, because they were donating for the winter needs of the homeless. About 7 years ago a friend bought a new car there, and had a good experience. I suspect they are dependable to stay in business, because anyone buying a car from them, new or used, will not regret it. When I'm in the market for my familie's vehicle needs, they will be my top choice for sure. More
