Unexpected service visit After a recent doctor's appointment, my car, a 2016 CRV, wouldn't start. Just to confirm it probably was the battery I called the service center. Within 10 minutes a Honda servicemen were at my car to confirm it was the battery, jump start me and follow me to the dealership. My battery was tested, replaced and my car washed. I called AAA to tow my car to the Curtiss Rya My car wouldn't start this morning, the Start System light came on and I could not get the car running. I called AAA to tow my car to the Curtiss Ryan Honda Dealer down the street from my house just before 7 am. They looked at my car and found the new battery I had replaced back in Jan 2018 was no good. They replaced the battery at NO CHARGE and I was on my way home an hour and half later. Thanks John J.
