It was a Friday afternoon, the part needed to be special ordered so they gave me a brand new Loaner car for the weekend at no cost. The repaired the car with no issues in a couple hours on Monday morning. All OEM parts. Even though it was a Honda dealer the pricing was very fair. The discount coupon made them cheaper than competitors who wanted more money without OEM parts and no loaner car option... I have had 2 no-fault accidents, transmission fluid replaced, spark plug and wires replaced, oil replaced, windshield wipers replaced all in separate visits over last 6 years. NEVER an issue. More
