Excellent experience. I had an accident with my 2003 Civic & it wasn't worth trying to fix it so I decided to check into a newer used Honda. I have been purchasing Hondas from Curtiss-Ryan for over 30 years. Jim Cossette was the representative who assisted me. In addition to being very knowledgeable, he was very personable. I explained what I was looking for and he brought to my attention the vehicles he had available. (More than I expected.) I narrowed the list to two. Jim then thoroughly explained the benefits of both before having me test drive them. Because he took the time to really explain everything I felt I was making the right decision. He didn't try to sell me a lot of extra things. Because I am a very senior citizen, trust is a very important thing to me. I trust Jim and would highly recommend him. I did decide to get the hard rubber floor mats as well as an automatic starter, both being my decision rather than his. I am very pleased with my choice! More

Very friendly and informative. I knew that I was replacing my 12 year old CRV, but wasn't sure if i would be getting another one or going with the HRV. Terri was so helpful. Jim was not only personable but also extremely easy to communicate with. From my very first visit he eased my anxiety and assured me he would do whatever it took to get me approved to lease the car of my dreams as soon as possible. Within a short while I was back at Curtiss Ryan picking up my dream car. Jim Cossette,as well as Jack Pape, got me approved despite several obstacles put in their way. I was dealt with in a respectful and patient manner. They answered my numerous questions and went over all of the features of the vehicle with me. The monthly payments were extremely reasonable and I walked away with my brand new 2018 Honda Civic feeling like a million bucks! In market that is so over-saturated with dealerships and salesmen who don't care about anything else but making that sale, it was so refreshing to deal with people that genuinely care about their customers.
