I had a very serious issue with a vehicle that I purchased from D’Arcy. This was NOT a dealer problem but a Hyundai corporate issue. Once Mr. D’Arcy became aware of my problem he immediately became involved and took extraordinary steps to remedy and solve my problem. This outstanding service reflects the attitude and thoughts that Mr. D’Arcy has instilled in his dealerships of customer service, that all members of his staff follow.
