Horrible - my son drove around for two months with no insurance. We gave them all the insurance information. They never switched over the insurance at the dealership before they let him go. My relatively new Honda Accord has been sitting with Steve’s service department for almost two (2) months unserviced- even though it has had problems from inception and Honda has agreed that Honda will Steve’s service department for almost two (2) months unserviced- even though it has had problems from inception and Honda has agreed that Honda will cover this. They have provided me no loaner. I have spent over $2000 on renting a vehicle to use, while Steve’s service department is supposed to be servicing my vehicle. I get no true responsive explanation as to why the repairs have not started yet or as to when there might be an end in sight. Good luck getting through on phone to discuss; you will be placed on hold automatically without asking if you can hold. Then wait for hours on hold. I am ready to file a lawsuit under lemon law, among other egregious, intolerable issues. If I could give this service department minus stars, I would. Unacceptable. More

He not only helped me get a great deal on my lease but advised me on how to solve a problem I was having wi friend, he was at a different dealership. Again he, he not only got her the car of her dreams and an amazing deal, but he actually delivered the car to our home so we didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to the dealership he was at. So of course, when we needed another car, there was no doubt where we would go to. Ron goes well out of his way to help his customers and I feel that because of his dedication, his customers trust him and feel confident when working with him. More
