It was finally time for me to seek out a new used car to replace my aged truck today.I was driving down Route 36 and saw Kay Honda and thought maybe I should go in and see what was available. I went in and was met by a pleasant lady at the front desk. I told her that I was looking for a used vehicle. She introduced me to Nick Biello. I told him I was looking for a used vehicle and the price range I was interested in. He looked in the system and came up with two vehicles that met my price point. After looking and test driving both I selected the second one. Before we did anything else Nick produced a Car Fax report on the car which I thought was a sign of a responsible dealer. When I was satisfied with everything he turned me over to Pat the Finance Officer. Pat came back with an excellent loan agreement and we closed the deal. From that point on Nick jumped into action and completed all the details of the sale including helping me transfer all the item in my truck in the snow. Thank you Nick. I must say it was a great place to buy a vehicle, every person in the loop was courteous and professional trying to make this a pleasant event, which it definitely was.
