Buying a car could not have been easier I knew exactly what car I wanted, color, trim etc. Dayna contacted me via email as my Lease was almost up. I told her I wanted to finance my next I knew exactly what car I wanted, color, trim etc. Dayna contacted me via email as my Lease was almost up. I told her I wanted to finance my next car and told her exactly what I wanted. She didnt have the color I wanted but was able to find it at another sister sealer and DROVE THE CAR TO MY HOUSE THAT DAY! I was very impressed! I was dreading the process of buying a car and Dayna could not have made it any easier for me. She drove the car to my home, showed me the bells and whistles after less than 10 minutes of paperwork and she took my lease away for me! I would highly recommend Dayna and this dealership to anyone of my friends. My only complaint is the that Honda does not offer 0% financing for well qualified buyers like myself. I also was not impressed with the 3 year warranty. I ended up having to purchase an additional warranty which put me at a price point higher than intended. THis was not Dayna's fault, this is a Honda downfall. More

Superior Parts & Service Experience Recently, I had an absolutely wonderful dealership experience when I brought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in for service and a remote key issue at Kay H Recently, I had an absolutely wonderful dealership experience when I brought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in for service and a remote key issue at Kay Honda. Initially, I visited Jason Woods within the parts department to see if I could troubleshoot and obtain the parts needed to fix my issue without having to get it serviced in an attempt to save money. Jason was courteous, very knowledgeable, and very patient as he spent a considerable amount of time trying to help me fix my issues. Once it was determined that I needed specialty service equipment to complete the repair, he continued to go above and beyond the call of duty and accompanied me to service to help explain what was going on with my vehicle and ensured the positive experience continued with the Service Department. I am typically not a “dealership” kind of guy. However, my recent experience with the Service Department and more specifically, Jason Woods in the Parts Department, has won my business, hands down. Where I previously avoided dealerships at all costs, I will certainly be returning in the future and sharing my experience with other local Honda owners. Well done and thank you! More
