First visit I waited 3 hrs to find out that the part had to be ordered. Then I was told your marching pu my new car alignment is off. If this isn’t enough for a brand new car. I was promised free oil changes for the life of the lease. No one recorded that. So when I sw the financial advisor. He gave me 4 oil changes for the 3 yr lease. Not acceptable More

I am very happy taking my car to Honda. I also enjoy the quiet time there as im always so busy. They have coffee, tea and snacks if youre going to be there a while.
