DCH Paramus Honda

I had a service issue with my 2019 Honda CRV. The vehicle was still covered by the manufacturer's 3-year warranty. I went to Mahwah Honda, where I originally leased the vehicle. They wanted to c The vehicle was still covered by the manufacturer's 3-year warranty. I went to Mahwah Honda, where I originally leased the vehicle. They wanted to charge me $300 to fix the problem. Paramus Honda took care of the problem at $0 cost to me. The service personnel I dealt with at Paramus Honda were all excellent. Thank you Wael, Darren & Frank for the great service! After the experience with both dealers, and out of curiosity, I checked the Better Business Bureau ratings for both dealerships. Based on my own personal experience, I was not surprised to learn: Paramus Honda has been BBB accredited since 12-26-06 with an A+ rating. Mahwah Honda is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has a C- Better Business Bureau Rating. Under prior ownership, until 2017 and prior, Mahwah Honda had high reviews, which were not replicated in recent years. In the future I would purchase or lease a vehicle from Paramus Honda but not from Mahwah Honda. More
