I have not been to a car dealer in twenty years and am I have not been to a car dealer in twenty years and am 71 years old, so I was a bit nervous about what I would be facing. I found the sales people a I have not been to a car dealer in twenty years and am 71 years old, so I was a bit nervous about what I would be facing. I found the sales people and managers I met to be totally professional, upfront and understanding. I went with my wife and five year old grandson. My sales person was Alex Bernabe, who was incredible, he explained everything to us and he answered any questions we had. You need to understand, here I am 71 years old, traded in my twenty year old Acura MDX with 281,000 miles on it and realized my salesperson was being "professionally" kind to me in walking through one of "todays" state of the art automobiles and believe me when I say he explained everything perfectly - I was totally comfortable... I thought we would argue price - never happened. While I took a walk around the dealer ship to think about what we had talked about, Alex saw my grandson and took him around the dealership and they ended up at snack bar. Well, my grandson took off and got his grandmother to buy him a pack of cookies. Very kind / gentle people and respectable, totally professional., and they treated us that way as well.
