The entire process of sale was flawless and amazing. The car looks very sleek and edgy. State of the art features are amazing. It offers plenty of space in cargo area, provides great leg room, very comfortable leather seats, Apple CarPlay, heated Seats, electric adjustable seats, remote start, and keyless entry, and so much more. Best Car I Have Owned!!! Dennis was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the purchase. Now they refuse, claiming only the bill of sale is due, to later deny all warranty claims. Avoid this dealership at all costs. We're escalating and taking legal action. Our sales rep is Jacob, finance rep is Sunil. Sunil said we didnt sign any CPO paperwork, proving how far they'll go to withhold info. We've left a message for the general manager and are escalating to Lithia and Honda, prepping legal action. More
