Great experience at Honda DCH From start finish we had a very nice experience with Honda DCH. As soon as we started looking Lisa Williams reached out to us and we felt comfortable From start finish we had a very nice experience with Honda DCH. As soon as we started looking Lisa Williams reached out to us and we felt comfortable enough to make an appointment. We walked in and 1st thing, enjoyed seeing the vehicles on the floor. Seeing them in person really helped us get an idea of what we wanted. First thing Mr. Marte told us is that he can make it happen for us and he did! From there Mr. Marte took very good care of our needs. He made us very comfortable, offering us drinks and snacks and great conversation. We will definitely be recommending not only DCH but Mr. Marte as well. He made what usually is a nerve racking experience, a very pleasureable one. We walked out very happy AND with the car we wanted!! More

My dealer back home he could reattach it as a courtesy, butI just moved and asked this local dealer forhelp with it. Theysaid no problem and bookedan appointment. Big mistake. Made me waut 2 hrs, during dinner time no less, and wouldhave made me wait longer had I not bugged them twice. They then tried to charge me $30 to reattach it, as if making me wait until the end of the night would make me willing to pay them money for this. They could have won a new customer but this nonsense cost them my business for life. More
