Financial numbers kept changing I want to edit this because I want to make it clear this has NOTHING to do with sales rep Sergio. He was awesome and was really trying to work with me I want to edit this because I want to make it clear this has NOTHING to do with sales rep Sergio. He was awesome and was really trying to work with me. He defenitely tried his best to accomodate me. My problem was with who ever was giving him the numbers. I was told different numbers over and over. Defenitely were not on the same page. Was becoming very frustrated at this. The last number given to me was $379 a month. But no, it ended up being $401 a month because the finance guy was trying to be slick about it all. I love my car yes, but did not like how the numbers kept fluctating so much. Would have been happier with the $379 a month than $401. More

The salesman, Hamad was so knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries about the car. He also had patience in showing me all the features that I was not familiar with in driving the car. I would also like to thank John from the finance department for working with me on the purchase of the extended warranty which makes me feel very secure. Best Experience I want to express my complete satisfaction with DCH Honda and my sales person, Daniel Beccera. I never felt pushed or rushed into any decision. I already had a 2014 Civic but my lease was almost up and I loved the new design. Daniel was extremely helpful in working with me to get to the numbers I felt comfortable with and the deal was done. I'm sorry I do not recall the Finance gentleman's name but he was also helpful in moving things along. Picking up the car, during a day of heavy rain was also made easy. Daniel went as far as to transfering my child's car seat in the rain. I will be back in 3 years when this lease is up. Thanks to everyone at DCH Honda More

The dealership is big and clean and all employees I met were friendly. I did end up buying a low mileage certified CRV, which was in great condition. To be honest, there were a few glitches the day I picked it up, in that the finance person had wrong the wrong loan rate and there were a few things missing from my car when I took delivery. . However,I called Matt, the sales manager who was on top of it, and he and John took care of the issues. Matt also threw in a few oil changes to make up for the fact that I had to return the next day from Pompton Lakes to get my missing car items. So, all in all, I would recommend DCH Paramus Honda, but with the advice to be sure you check that you have everything you are supposed to get when you pick up the car (esp. a pre-owned) and that you double check everything before you sign loan papers. So, for those "glitches", I will take off half a star for final rating. More
