As a direct result of the patient, informative and distinctly non-high pressure sales approach of the incomparable Alberto Cabrera we drove out of the dealership several hours later with one of each. Alberto listened to our needs, focused on our budget and then showed us at least a dozen cars that we actively considered. And, he did all that with a smile, kindness and not a hint of sales belligerence. Ultimately, we walked off the lot with the 2 cars we liked best. Negotiation of final prices with the Sales Manager was lengthy, but we ultimately liked the prices enough to buy both cars under final consideration.
