Over night, my dashboard showed a few symbols. I called in the morning and spoke to Judy who very kindly fit me in for a checkup...after 3 hours not such great news as to the car problems. Had an appointment and 1 hour had elapsed and my vehicle was still not taken in. I had to ask because I was on a time restraint. The video also did not show all the work they charged me for and they never c was still not taken in. I had to ask because I was on a time restraint. The video also did not show all the work they charged me for and they never came out to me to confirm or discuss anything that needed to be done on the car or authorize any additional work, they just did it. I got hit with over $350+ with no coupon ! I asked and looked online. Matthew was trying so hard to be helpful he really was but it's not his fault the service was poor. More
