I was greeted immediately when I arrived. The service advisor was exceptional. One of the things I needed help with was to retrieve a personal item that fell under the drivers seat. The service advisory went to the car and tried to get it herself to help avoid a couple of hours of additional service time. All my needs were handles with exceptional professionalism. More
