Dear dfa0, I'm sorry to hear your experience was not great. I would like the opportunity to explain the importance of the service that you did receive. Toyota's oil intervals are every 10,000 miles or one year. They also understand that's a very long time for a vehicle not to be looked over, so inclusive of the tire rotation is the multi-point inspection and checkovers. This is extremely important to make sure the vehicle is wearing an operating as it should. Checking and adjusting fluids as necessary. We understand that in these times it's frustrating to be with large groups of people hence the masks in public spaces.
