I have been there at least 3 times and it is the same each time. The wait for my car to be worked on seems long, but it is as close to the amount of time as I was told it would take. The check-in person was friendly and efficient. The wait time was as promised, and the service was cheaper than [another dealer]. They did email me after my appointment was over suggesting they would meet with me during the appointment, and might offer to buy my car. The other glitch was that this is a leased vehicle. So, they need to get their act together on that front. More

This time I decided to take a chance with Wappingers Falls and I am so glad I did. The staff had a better understanding of what we as customers are looking for when it comes to vehicle shopping. Jennifer Korwatch set me up with the best sales team of my life. Dylan Abell worked with me to get the best possible trade-in and interest rate, I never felt pressured or like I was being treated as a walking dollar sign. David Kolozy did an excellent job showing all the bells and whistles for my new vehicle, he addressed all my questions and concerns. Damian Clavin made sure all my account information was accurate so my Entune apps and services would work flawlessly. Wadie Suleiman was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with for vehicle sales, I never felt pressured or that I was going to over pay for my vehicle, he guided me through the process and now I'm riding in a new 2019 RAV4 Adventure. Too long and too much money! DCH Wappingers has become too money hungry. The rates have always been high, and I'm tired of it! This last visit I asked for an oil change (which t DCH Wappingers has become too money hungry. The rates have always been high, and I'm tired of it! This last visit I asked for an oil change (which took them ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES TO DO!), and I asked them to try to resolve two other problems. One problem was my car bluetooth did not stay connected while I was speaking to friends and family via the bluetooth and my cell phone. Verizon tried helping resolve the problem but couldn't. The woman who was recording my requests never told me it would cost $119 for the service to be done. I just happened to look at the paperwork and saw the OUTRAGEOUS PRICE and declined. The other thing I needed looked into was a "ping" noise that occurs each time I open the driver's door. This noise started one day after my husband bored my vehicle so I thought he might have pressed a button when looking for the door lock button/control. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour, I went to see if they were done doing the work on my car. They took an additional 30 minutes and never fixed the "ding" noise because the woman said they needed more time, which I didn't have. To add insult to injury, now, when I click the button on my fab to unlock my vehicle, my outside lights do not light up to show that my Vehicle is unlocked or locked. I WOULD LIKE THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED, BUT I'M NOT PAYING ANOTHER DIME! I am done with your high costs, sales pitches and the annoying woman you have roaming in and out of the waiting room calling people by name now, asking if we would like to trade in our Toyotas for a brand new model. I do like my Toyota, but do not think I will ever buy another one from Wappingers! As for oil changes and other needs, I will take my business elsewhere. Sorry! More
