Average: Toyota is a big name and a very good product. But the customer service has an attitude whenever we go there. If anything lass than 10 is a failure, then DCH Toyota has failed miserably. Going back to last year, the service analyst put a note on the manager's desk to call me back....and I am still waiting. I get my Altima serviced at Pok Nissan up the street, and I've never been charged for a replacement battery for the fob. But DCH asks $28.50 for a battery that is only a few dollars at the drug store. DCH Toyota customer service is always difficult to deal with. More

The worst experience went for the first service for 5000 miles a month ago that time i requested that i can,t see the tire pressure display and to deactivate the pre-colli went for the first service for 5000 miles a month ago that time i requested that i can,t see the tire pressure display and to deactivate the pre-collision system....they said its done and the camry LE does not have the tire pressure display....fine, the pre-collision was not deactivated. A week later i saw the tire pressure display in someones car and this time i asked the Girl that what i saw and she said "I don,t have magic hands to put that in your car or else ask the sales people to switch to a different car" i had some issue with my car which they said they checked and everything is fine...i still have that issue...i asked for to deactivate the pre-collision system which was not done last time and this time they said that you can do it by yourself as they realized that when you switch off the engine and switch back on it will activate again so i have to do it everytime ... fine , but they should have known that in the first place, after getting the car when i switched on ...the maintenance light was still there after servicing and doing everything they forgot to reset that, the very basic thing i think. Then next day i realized my car is going left all the time which was not there before...called the other Toyota dealer if it is covered in the toyota care (wheel balancing and wheel alignment)they said it is but only from the dealer where i bought the car from. Thought of going back once but then changed my mind as i already had the worst experience. Finally today got it done from Mavis for $70. Will never go back DCH Wappingers Toyota More
